We're not a national chain. We're a small Yeovil workshop run by Kieran, a qualified carpenter who measures, makes and installs every job himself. From the first home visit to the final reveal, you'll deal with one person who cares deeply about getting it right.

We've recently brought roller and vertical blind manufacturing in-house at our Houndstone Business Park unit. Every blind is measured on your window, cut on our bench, assembled by hand and back in your home in days, not weeks. It's a level of control most companies in our area simply can't offer.

One person, from first visit to final fit.
Kieran is a fully qualified carpenter and the director of South Somerset Blinds & Shutters. He personally surveys every window, manufactures the blinds in our Yeovil workshop, and is the one on the ladder fitting them on installation day.
No call-centres, no subcontractors and no commission-driven reps — just a craftsman who is genuinely proud of the work that leaves his hands.
